CURRENTS: A mixed‑media collection crafted by happenstance.
Currents sat as tidbits in time: a Tascam 4‑track, a guitar & a notebook; notation and noise, L.A., friends, love, loss, life and its cost. Me — younger and free — meandered sound and found, well, me. All along I’d carried on in my notation, my noise, the moments, the sparks, the feels. Currents is what I was and may be — not polished, just truths in sound. Me.
Currents is a collection of me — an accidental archive built from long‑forgotten recordings, journals of half‑poems, scrapbooks of sketches, and paintings in tucked‑away corners. A living archive and record of a life moving through shifting mediums and perspectives, each work lending to the ever‑unfolding self.
